Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike ( BBMP ) is now in the process of cleaning sewages across the city. Good. But the way it is done is not really great. The workers (!) has to descend into the manhole and needs to dig out the thick black waste with bare hands. The fellow men will empty the bucket to the road. The worst part of it is that the dirt remains in the road for days. In the Vivek Nagar stretch it was on the road for many days. It must been back to the drain in yesterdays rain. Please give respect to their work and clean the debris as and when it is collected.
